Why doesn't my LG G2 LS980 let me set up an APN?

Lg g2 LS980 doesn't let me set up an APN

I have a LG G2 LS980 (it's internationally unlocked, I don't live in the US), it's also rooted. With Android 4.2.2
My problem is I'm trying to set an APN so I have mobile access. When I get to the point where I have to add a new Access Point, it just doesn't let me do it. I click the lower button where it should show me the option to add a new one but it doesn't show anything. What should I do?
