    Default Uncertainty with G3 enroute

OK so I am sure I am not the only one thinking this and I am sure this is a duplicate post in some way shape or form... If so to the people who always yell at others for similar posts I am sorry

I am starting to find myself unsure if I am going to keep the g3 or not. I had a note 3 was psyched about the g3 so I picked up a used g2 and love it.

My waivering relates to the following:
Battery life. My buddies have s5 and its unreal they are all (5 of them) getting insane 2 to 3 days with moderate usage.
Waterproof. Being an active guy I also am a camp director this would be nice and really allow me to not worry.

I don't want another Samsung phone because I want something new.

So I find myself wavering as stated before.
Galaxy s5 maybe xperia z2 waterproof not as intriguing of a phone but worry free more promising battery life.

G3 new exciting potential... Lot of promise but if the phone has poor battery life I find myself worrying all day or not using it as much as I'd like to preserve the ability to make calls or texts.

Anyone have advice? I've searched all over and battery life seems great for some poor for others...

    Thanks in advance.

2-3 days hmm they must be below moderate with a 2800mah and or they have the power saving features turned on.

I am moderate to heavy and today I had a screen on time of 5hrs roughly.

If you are using the G3 as your mates do, with power saving features then I imagine it will eek out the same if not better :-)

Both phones have replaceable batteries. If you need waterproof, get the s5. If you want the largest screen that you can still use one handed,g3.
