Yes, If you root the phone, you can do that, and a whole lot more.
Make up your mind, first you said " I'm COMPLETELY stock, never rooted, so it can be done." and now you say this.

I found the solution, for me anyway, I replaced my Verizon LG G3 with a Verizon iPhone 6 Plus, which will be here on the 19th. This was not spur of the moment decision, but rather a long time gradual build up to where this Battery Full Notification pushed me over the edge.
Whoever it was at Google that designed this annoying little thing, is surely not motivated by doing what is in the best interest of the end consumer. An innocuous little add on that saves on electricity, which by some estimates amounts to a whopping $0.58 a year, but interrupts your sleep is not a welcome addition. And, turning off your phone to the degree where you can't receive a call from a family member, is definitely not a suggestion I could ever feel completely comfortable with.
My backup phone a Samsung GS4 (on Straight Talk) did the same thing and was replaced with a iPhone 5S last week. I could not be happier …. FINALLY a good night's sleep !!!!

It seems that to get rid of this annoying "Battery full" sound at night, you can turn off volume of "Touch feedback & System".
Volume down key -> Gear icon -> Touch feedback & System
Just tried it, worked for me. And (at the first glance at least) you won't miss anything important like night call (if on duty) or SMS sound during day time.
