hands free head set

Just moved up to a G3 from a Windows 8 phone. On my old phone, if you had a blue tooth headset on and received a text message, it would say, "New text message from NAME, Read it or Ignore". If you listed to it, it would then ask, "Reply or I'm Done?" You could then speak your message and send, all without touching the phone or headset.

Is this same functionality available on the G3?
