LG G3 Intermittent Notifications With SMS Texting

Does anyone else have an issue with getting a sound notification for an incoming text when you have the text messaging open already? This is phone texts, not FB texting. My G3 and my GF's G3 do this every now and then. We'll be texting other family members when we'll get a text from a different person and not get an audible notification.

Hmmmm, that's weird-oh. I've never had the problem. Have had sound notifications while texting but am not normally a heavy texter. If the two of you are, perhaps try Settings, Apps, All, scroll to Messaging, and clear data and cache. Or have you tried?
