While quickly deleting unnecessary apps, I also deleted the Wi-Fi Calling app. I have the G3 on Sprint, and I'm not sure if that was an app that Sprint put in or that came from LG.

Is there any way to restore it?

Already tried factory reset, and could not find it under Sprint apps or Google Play.

That seems to be a Sprint app. I've never owned a carrier device so am not sure but isn't it difficult to uninstall the carrier apps? Is the app not still listed in Settings, General, Apps, All?

Thank you both. I looked everywhere that an app could be seen, but nothing. The only other - last resort - is something called Sprint ID, which is not working at the moment. I'll keep checking. Thanks again.

Tech support from LG, Sprint and Geek Squad all agreed it was a software issue, and that I should swap it for a new one. The new one had no issues, and uploaded all of the Sprint apps I wanted (or didn't...lol). A tell-tale sign of software issues - if you're on Sprint - is if you're not getting the Sprint animation on boot up.
