Google for more detail, but:
Complete Action Plus - replaces the default "What app do you want to use for this" prompt with a customizable one, and eliminates having to choose "just this time" over and over again.
Disable Full Screen Keyboard - In landscape mode, many keyboards take up the entire screen, so you can't see the input field you're typing into. This fixes that problem.
FakeID Fix - Fixes the FakeID security vulnerability that exists in Android
Pin Notifications - Let's you "pin" a notification to the notification shade so you can't accidentally swipe it away. Let's you "save" a notification for later when you can't act on it right now.
Play Permissions Exposed - A few months ago the Play Store stopped showing detailed information on the permissions apps request, lumping them into big buckets. Most apps now show only "needs no special permissions." This undoes that, so you can see, for example, that flashlight app you're about to download requests internet permission and a bunch of other things.
Wakelock Terminator - This is complicated. But basically it lets you prevent certain specific wakelocks from occurring when the screen is off. Some wakelocks, especially those tied to Google's location services, fire way too often, and prevent your phone from going into deep sleep, causing increased battery usage.
xPrivacy - Lets you, on an app by app basis, control the permissions and activities an app uses. Don't want your flashlight app accessing the internet? Turn it off. Don't want some apps to know your location? Mask it. Etc.
Xposed Torch - Flashlight. Turn it on by holding the volume up key when the screen is off. Turn it off by pressing vol down or turning the screen on.
What do some of these do? I already have greenify.
