Just bought an LG G3. How to enter and store contacts locally?

I want my contacts in my phone book to be stored locally. I haven't entered anything yet. How do you do this?

Welcome to Android Central! This isn't always possible--for example, I there's no "Phone Account" on my Nexus 5. If it's possible on your phone, it should be clear when you start entering a new contact. Look at the account it's associated with at the top of the editing screen, and tap it--can you change it to Phone Account or Device Account?

When you create a new contact, you'll be given the option to save it to the phone or to the sim.
