Why isn't my LG G3 seeing/pairing with TOM TOM GO 500?

LG G3 not seeing/pairing with TOM TOM GO 500.

My G3 works fine with my Peugeot RCZ bluetooth system so I can both make/take calls hands free. However, it doesn't recognise my GO 500 sat nav, nor pair with it. In order to get live traffic updates and show speed cameras I need them to connect - my previous phone, an iPhone 4, worked fine with the TOM TOM. Any ideas would be gratefully accepted.

I wish I had an answer. I work with two phones, I work for Cellcom, a Wisconsin Regional Carrier, The iPhone 6 and an LG3. I have paired the iPhone 6 with half a dozen Bluetooth devices, I have only been able to pair my LG3 with two. It has not worked with my Jabra SoleMate and several other bluetooth speakers and I find this frustrating.
