Why are my messages disapearing?

I have an lg g3 and I recently broke it and got a replacement and noticed my messages keep dissapearing. I'll still receive it but it will just go away. I tried removing att messages cloud back up, removing my number from apple (before my replacement and other lg g3 I had an iphone) , taking off my message limit, and restarting it. What else can I do? And btw when I still had att message back up I noticed that the messages that disappeared had a blue dot next to them in att message back up . I also use the default messaging app so what do I do? Its mostly small messages that disappear but now longer ones are going away. Help!

Find your local AT&T Device Support Center (ask at any AT&T company store). Bring it in there and ask them if they can figure out what's happening. (First, they know the phone. Second, they have phone numbers we don't, so they can check to see if there's anything going on. Third, they can check how your account is set up and we can't.)
