Hi, I had just recently flashed my LG g3 back to stock and rooted it from my previous version lollipop 5.0. I had backed up system data and user apps with titanium backup. But unfortunately I cant restore my contacts because it's a different version from stock when I backed it up. And I have a custom backup with twrp. I'd like to know if I let my current version update and I loose my root so I could write down all of my contact numbers would I be able to use my twrp backup to go back to my rooted stock? And do y'all know of a stable android 5.0 Rom I could use for LG g3 d850?
Thanks.

Well, you could just flash a 5.0 ROM and then restore contacts?

If you updated your phone, it might not take at all and you'll be forced to restore from TWRP. Actually, it's possible that you will get boot loop if you take the upgrade, and then have to flash a zip to get you out of it. I don't have the link to xda handy, but here.

Good luck. Taking the update now that you have a full nandroid backup in TWRP isn't really too risky, since you can restore.
