Stump remote download on to my devices HELP

Ive been hacked! I just want to undo all that's been done &move on. Tmobile carrier. Unlimited data. My account/plan is being used. My incoming calls are being Restricted. Outgoing are rerouted. Messaging is the same. Email accounts/traffic are altered also. My wifi/hot spot are being used to run most of the data. I believe that this hack is a developer/publisher/web host &is overly active on most sites Ive tried to get help from, on the rare occassion I can connect w network/server &my browing activity not rerouted. Ive stumbled upon open Edit pages for Yahoo home page, Tmobile, Rhapsody, Wikipedia, even THIS site. Whoever replies to this thread could very well be the individual(s) responsible for this terrorizing violation of my life. I just want to undo &walk away from this.

Get a new sim card

I did. &New phone numbers new email accts etc. Everythings in internal storage on all 3 devices. Plus backed up w lg google &cloud Is there a way to "undo" this?
