How can I unlock privacy protection password on my phone

If you mean the lock screen, unlock the phone, go to Settings/Device/Lock screen/Screen lock, and change the type to swipe.

If you mean you forgot the password, bring the phone into the carrier, with a photo ID proving that it's your phone (IOW, the same name and address that's on the account), and they'll unlock it.
