AT&T got it a long time ago...way before Verizon did.

Gosh I think mine came in Feb. If you aren't getting the Ota then you can call and they will push it to you

Be sure to get software version D85021l issued in early May 2015, and not D85020f issued in Feb 2015. The February version killed wireless charging and the May version fixed it.

Mine (also and AT&T) came out of the box (Mid-April) with Lollipop and has already been upgraded to the version TWC notes above.
