LG3 is frozen after firmware update - says 0. Any ideas?

LG3 is frozen after firmware update - says 0%

is that 0% complete or 0% remaining? bar is fully shade. Tried holding the power button for more than a minute and still will not restart. Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! 0% would mean 0% completed. This might be a problem. You could always pull the battery, but that's always a risky thing to do in the middle of an update. But if the update is completely messed up in the first place, then it probably doesn't matter.
