Hello all,

If I'm playing a video from a website on google chrome (for example), is it possible to get that video to play through a blu-ray, via bluetooth connection?

I'd like to do this by way of an app or DNLA, etc (trying to avoid using an HDMI cable if at all possible.)

Thanks in advance for your input!!

Welcome to Android Central! The easiest way would be to cast it using Chromecast, but that won't work if the TV doesn't have an HDMI input--is that the case?

Do you have a Samsung Smart TV?

You can use Miracast on your phone to stream to a smart TV, or a Roku. You can stream YouTube on your phone also to a smart tv/roku. the phone and the TV/Roku must be connected to the same WiFi, and band.

Well my Samsung TV is too old for that. The YouTube app on it doesn't allow for logging in, and it doesn't do Miscast.
I might have to get a Chromecast stick.
