LG G3 on sprint. manual lollypop update

Hi evryone,
I am owning LG G3 LS990 with kitkat on sprint. I dnt get any update nor i am able to update thru PC suite as lg doesnt connecting thru it(got info from forums). Now i want to update to lollypop manually, retaining features came wid g3. I was an ios user,expert on it. But strtd using android recently. Pls hekp how can i update. Cyngenmod not preffrd as it wipes out existing features

Have you gone into settings and tried to manually check for updates? If there is an update it will pull it from the system, and once finish being downloaded, it will prompt you to install to the update. You have to be on wifi to download the updates I believe.
