For a while now been having problems with screen going blank on receiving calls.

Finally decided to do a factory reset and test receiving calls.

Well some times it would be alright and at other times the screen would go blank
Then I had a eureka moment I have a flip case and I realized the strap/catch at the top was sometimes falling over the proximity detector activating it and causing screen to go black, problem solved,fold strap out of the way when receiving calls!!!!!
Never mind gave me an excuse to rebuild phone with Nova laucher
