I received a push notice of new Android version yesterday. Installed but my phone still shows 5.0. Did I get it?

received a push notice of new Android version yesterday. Installed but my phone still shows 5.0

My LG G3 d855 received an update yesterday. I expected it would be 6.0 Marshmallow but the phone says it is running 5.0

You probably got a minor update, maybe from 5.0 to 5.0.1 or something like that. 6.0 Marshmallow hasn't been released yet for any devices, not even the Nexus units.
