g3 screen dimming slightly when unlocked

Hi all , when I turn on the screen on my g3 after a few seconds the screen dims ever so slightly and is noticeable , the percentage on the brightness scale stays at the 75% tho , its set to 75% all the time , not using auto brightness , unrooted using Nova launcher , anybody else's do it ???

Do you have any battery savings enabled? If you do, then that would be the reason why it's defaulting to 75%. Disabling it would fix the problem.

Hi , thanks for your reply , I've turned off battery saver and restarted phone but still does it

If you have auto brightness enabled it will adjust the brightness depending on ambient light no matter what brightness you are set on.
Generally I've found it adjusts down and lowers the brightness.
