Dropped my LG G3 and now "process system isn't responding"

Hey guys,

I unfortunately dropped my LG G3 (T-mobile branded, but unlocked) yesterday, which I bought only a few weeks ago. Even though I had a pretty solid case and tempered glass screen, the phone took some damage. The protection screen itself had huge scratches, but the actual screen itself looked fine from the outside.

However, since yesterday, my phone is barely responding to anything I'm doing. The touch screen doesn't react at all, I managed to perform a Factory Data Reset, which worked out, but once the home screen appears, I am getting the message "process system isnt responding" and I cant press anything on the screen either.

Can you guys help me out with this? It would be much appreciated.

Damn, Same thing happened to mine. Did you ever figure out what was wrong with it? or did you just get a replacement? Thanks.
I'm guessing something within the phone broke?
