Choosing between sim card 1 and 2 before making a call

Hello. I wanted to know how to choose between sim 1 and 2 before making a call from contacts. My problem is that when I select a name from the contacts list, I do not have the possibility to choose between sim card 1 and 2 to effect the call. How can I do that?
