LG G3 - is waterproof or not?

I saw a video on youtube where some guy is testing G3 underwater and device is working. Is it possible if the phone does not have secured inputs (microphone, headphones, usb)?

Nope. The G3 isn't waterproof and doesn't have IP rating.

Yup... Most likely, I have the G3 and the back cover is plastic. If you put this phone as it is under water, you better be prepare, because you wasted your money. Unless you put some kind of case that can be water proof on it.
