Bluetooth after Marshmallow does not sync my contacts to my car.

My LG G3 was updated to Marshmallow. After major updates, I always do a Factory Reset. After Marshmallow, my phone's contacts do not sync to my car. In the past, on Lollipop, it would ask permission to access my contacts, and I would say yes. On Marshmallow, if you look at the Settings for my car in Bluetooth, there is a checkmark granting permission, which is checked on. Any help?

I have the same issue on 6.0.1 on my Galaxy S6. No contacts are synced

It did bring over an Galaxy S5's contacts on the latest Lollipop.
