LG G3 Stuck on on "Optimizing app" how to reset?

I have an LG G3, Android 4.4.2, not rooted. I wanted to try switching from Dalvik to ART so I did. Anyway it was stuck on "Optimizing app 142 of 293" for about an hour, so I thought it froze and pulled the battery. Then when I put it back in and turned it on it said "Optimizing app xx of 95" so I thought it would be quicker since there are less apps. But it wasn't and it got a little over halfway then stopped. Each time I pulled the battery the apps seemed to decrease. Now I am seeing "Optimizing app 1 of 1," and its still not getting anywhere. I found that if I press the volume down+power keys I get the "System recovery" menu: "Continue Power up", "Safe mode", Factory data reset", "Wipe cache", and "Power down." Which one should I select?

Hi and Welcome to AC!

Select Wipe Cache and then reboot and hopefully that fixes it. If it doesn't, you can try safe mode but even if it boots you may not be able to get into settings to switch back to dalvik.
