Malware on My phone that doesn´t come off with Factory Reset.

So my phone has 3 malware on it that are detected by malware bytes and can´t be deleted by malware bytes.
I don´t do anything really personal on my phone but these 3 malware have been on since I bought the phone I think and seem to bog down my memory or somehting of the sort.

Like my memory just starts randomly disapearing until I factory Reset again without me downloading any new apps.
Everytime I go into to try to delete these malware though it says these files cannot be deleted from phone.

Factory Reset also does nothing to get rid of them.

If you could or know anything about this. Please help. I want my phone to work legit. I bought the phone online from a person over a market sales thing called mercado livre in Brasil not from a store.

Malwarebytes should quarantine the malware. Check with their support people.
