I have LG G3 for 2 years now and it worked perfectly until 3 days ago. I was messaging scrolling reddit, the usual and my phone froze. I took out the battery and put it back in turned my phone on, and it started turning on, but after the logo screen it freezes again. So I tried few more times same thing happened. So I held volume down + power button and factory reseted my phone. Same thing still happens. Does anyone know what can this be ? Battery is charging normally. I did it also while charging. It's not a battery problem. I took it to the repair store, they told me that they just turned it on and it was working and they returned the phone to me. And again once I started using it it froze and couldn't start up again.
I have european model D855.
