How can i get above thr sms characters from 160

Welcome to Android Central! You can't get around the SMS limit of 160 characters. If you go above it, your phone should automatically convert it to MMS (which requires mobile data to be on).

Welcome to the forums! You can certainly convert the SMS to an MMS if you want; or you can send a second SMS with the rest of the characters. I tend to do both; but prefer to send a second SMS.
