Won't turn on after charging

I got my G4 at a Tmobile store. I charged it and it shut down and wouldn't startup. I had to take the battery out to get it started. This happened a second time tonight.

That's odd. I'd keep watching it and if it keeps doing it then take it back to the store within the next couple days

I charged it last night and it didn't turn off. I'll test it again today to see if it does it. Other than that, I love this phone. Web pages load sooo fast compared to my G3.

I think I found the problem. I blame battery doctor app. I uninstalled the app and it seems to be working fine now.
