Is anyone else having problems getting the tap to unlock to work every time? Sometimes it takes it a few times to respond.

I was having the issue for a while, give this app a try and use the super optimized setting. See if that helps.

I was having that problem. Was ready to return it but the factory reset seems to be working. I didn't think it would work since the problem occurred beginning the first day I got the phone but it's fine now.

Yep. I just posted in the thread I started. Spoke to a Verizon rep. There will be a fix coming for this in the next couple of weeks.

I have the at&t version. So Lg is going to fix it in a software update?

At first my phone lagged when I was setting it up yesterday. After everything loaded I have it a bit to settle then I rebooted it. Now it flies. Mine is Verizon by the way.

The factory reset option seemed to work briefly on AT&T but the issue is back a day later. I hope there is an update to fix very soon or it will be returned. I'm still within my 14 day window.

I gotta say that after having a G4 (vzw) for about 3 days I too must admit the touch sensitivity is a bit of an issue. My G2 was less sensitive than my DNA before it but I never had to worry about making as solid of a touch impact for it to register like I do with the G4. I love the phone otherwise so I really hope this supposed update comes soon.
