Calling Question

When I make a call the screen goes black and I can't get the dialing screen to appear. I just can't seem to find the settings to access the dialing screen when on a call. Any help would be appreciated!

Not sure if I'm clear on your exact issue, but if you mean the keypad when on a call then you just click the phone➡call settings ➡show keypad and choose on which calls you would like it to be shown. If that's not your issue please let me know.... Thanks

The glass protector I was using was covering the sensors (no cut out) and the phone thought I was holding it to my head all the time (which caused to black screen) . I removed the protector and everything worked fine.
