Change Volume up quick launch

Is there any way to change the volume up quick launch app? I'd much rather have it turn on the flash light than quick memo.

I used it to re-assign the double-push of Volume Up to turn on the flashlight. Which is much more useful to me than starting Quick Memo

Yup, not with the stock options. Only with 3rd party apps or modified ROMs. RedOctobyr's suggestion seems a very appropriate one

Yes, this works well for me.

The only bit of advice I have is that the first time you use it, you'll have to unlock your phone to tell it to use Key+ instead of Quick Memo as the default app.
