LG G4 H815 - Can't unlock bootloader?

It says I have the H815 and not an H815t. (don't know the difference.) but I can't use the tools to get an unlock code. It's really frustrating.

Is there a way to tell the different between a US international and a EU International? Or is there literally no way of telling?

If you don't have the T in the about phone, hardware info you don't have that phone. The two have different bands.
