My lg g4 keeps dimming by itself.

New g4 with auto dimness turned off and power saving turned off always dims to 70, 80, or 90% by itself whenever it wants. T-mobile support walks me through turning it back to 100% (which i obviously know how to do and do 50 times a day) then tells me nothing is wrong. Any ideas?

Is your device getting hot? It will automatically dim the screen when it does. Your situation isn't bad... Mine will dim so much that it isn't viewable when it overheats.

Yes it does get hot. But so does my lg flex and that does'nt dim.

Can't comment on the g flex but my LG G Pad 8.3 also dimmed when it got hot.
