Google search bar and Nova Prime question

I have the Google search bar on my home screen but when I tap on it I get the "app isn't installed" notification just above my dock. The screen shot showing both is attached. I'm sure I'm not doing something basic but help! I disabled some Google stuff but not sure what app this is...when I go into Play Store there isn't an "Google Search Bar" app, it's probably attached to another bigger app but not sure...help?

Check in your disabled/turned off tab and look for Google app. Enable it back. In some phones the disabled apps can be found scrolling all the way down in settings - apps - all tab.
