eBay G4 phones

I'm going to buy a G4 on ebay to use on straight talk and I don't understand all the model numbers.
Should I buy an unlocked phone or just get an AT&T phone.

Would an unlocked phone have less bloat apps on it?

Yes, if you buy unlocked, it won't have carrier bloat.

Specifically you want an H815 and make sure it's a European model if possible, it's the only one that has an unlockable bootloader. Even if you don't use it it will improve value later.

Hum I doubt it, mine is a H815 Taiwanese model, and the bootloader is definitely unlockable in my dev settings.

It's complete bull, but they could flip a switch and allow all H815 to be unlocked. They probably won't though.
