LG G4 Android System Drain

Hey everybody! I've been really frustrated with my LG G4 recently, specifically the battery life. Yesterday, it somehow discharged from 100% to 20% three times in one day, on normal usage. I just don't know what is wrong with the phone. Android (and GSam) claim that the highest user of battery is Android System and Android OS, so that's super helpful for determining what exactly the problem is.

What I have done:
-Used LG Access Lock to deny keep awake and location permissions
----worked for a few days and then battery life fell back off
-Full reset of phone
----battery life is actually worse after the reset
-Battery saving location settings

Possible suspects:
-Pebble watch --- constant on bluetooth maybe?
-Facebook/Messenger/Snapchat/etc --- wanting my location constantly?

Here are some pics:

If anybody has any suggestions, I would love them! I am really about to take my phone back to Verizon...

So...I did the steps of uninstalling updates of google play services and reseting the phone's cache. Everything worked great! My battery life seemed to be working awesome! Weird enough...my highest battery usage process thing (sorry, didn't grab a screenshot) was cellular standby...weird...followed by screen. Android system and Android OS weren't even above screen!

Then the next morning came...

I ended up having to plug it in at 11:15am this morning to try and get some more juice before heading off the the rest of my classes.Today's top contender for bad battery life is...GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES! YAY!!!

Any guesses?

Yikes, that's an ugly battery graph. Your phone just refuses to sleep.

I'd try uninstalling updates again on the Google app and Google play services. Clear the cache and reboot.

Well, I went through and uninstalled the updated for GP services again and cleared the phone's cache. Here's the phone's graph:

I really don't understand why the heck it started out so great and then fell off. Nothing was different in my usage stuff (sorry, no screenshots). Android system and OS were the highest up there with google play services. Overall, the battery life ended up averaging about normal. Even though it had a great start, it just didn't last.

The day after:

Totally crap battery life again. It claims that screen is the biggest user (with 38 minutes of SOT), however that is because of an entirely different issue. For some freaking reason, the screen will not turn off. It is woken up to the lock screen, it will not turn off unless I manually turn it off...I went through and used Access Lock to restrict Keep Awake permissions for all apps...

I am getting so sick of this phone. I am just not seeing the praise that many people have been giving it.

When you say that the screen will not turn off, are you referring to screen timeout? If so, check that in Settings, Display, and make sure it is set to a suitable time.
How about those system apps, Android OS and the rest? Are they now showing reasonably normal battery use?

Alright. Did some more testing today:

1: Normal usage of phone. Bluetooth, wifi, location (battery saving) all on.

2: Safe mode, no location or bluetooth

3: Safe mode, location and bluetooth on (sharp drop is a hangouts call)

4: Normal, location and bluetooth off

I really don't know what is with the battery. Some days, it is absolutely incredible while others, it absolutely sucks. Last night it was reporting that it would go for 51 hours! Today it started out great, but as I left my apartment and walked around, it quickly drained. I just don't know what it is...
