I rooted and then unrooted my G4 and reset it. I am unable to receive OTA updates because I am prompted that the device is suspected of rooting, so I want to flash a stock ROM and have a out-of-the-box phone once more.
I use flash tool and try flashing the Puerto Rican software but the tool doesn't have a GSM option and in any case, the process halts at 60% and says it's disconnected. I've used multiple computers and cables. I just want my phone back to the way it was when I bought it, so any help is appreciated.
