TWO lg G4's: erratic download speed, dropped calls

I switched to Verizon form ATT three months ago, getting TWO LG G4's.

I have had erratic performance: sometimes 30 meg downloads, often 1 meg download speeds.

Verizon acknowledged a tower relocation that would be affecting me, so I thought it was the network.

Now they say it's fixed but I'm still getting dropped calls and inconsistent performance.

I was hanging out with a friend who has a moto on verizon.

We did 6 speed tests. He consistently got 30 meg downloads.

I got 2 meg, 30 meg, 30, 2, 1.5, 30.

What the heck is going on here?

I've opened up a bunch of tickets with verizon. I'm running the 11A software (and nothing newer is available).

They say my PRL is up to date.

They did swap the sim (just for fun).

HELP!

I love my LG G4 but if I can't solve it, I may need to switch brands and carriers.

Bump. The latest verizon ticket has been opened for 6 days now. They said it is escalated.

I wonder if it's a bad PRL (preferred roaming list) or something.

I was really curious to see if any other verizon LG G4 peeps were having problems.

I guess it's just my 2 phones :-(
