Why is my LG G4 Dual stuck on the BOOTING screen?

yesterday when i was taking pictures with my Phone, it randomly rebooted and it got stuck at the booting screen with the LG Logo and the screen turns black and the LG Logo reappears, i have searched the internet and it seems like its a boot loop that so many people have had, i have the LG G4 Dual Sim international Model, i contacted LG Care center and they told me they must erase everything on the phone and i dont want that to happen cause i have taken so many pictures and videos that i dont want them to get deleted that easily. please if theres a way to transfer all the pictures and videos to my PC, please help.

Try booting into recovery and wiping cache.

Don't factory reset until you try wiping cache first.

Recovery Mode LG G4 Dual

Turn off the device
Press and hold Volume Down key + Power key about 10 seconds
Release all keys when LG logo appears
Press and hold again Volume down key + Power key
Release all keys when Android System Recovery Mode appears

You will hopefully see an option to wipe cache.

Sadly recovery mode wont appear, when i press Volume Down key + Power key the LG LOGO will appear in less than 2 seconds .
