Battery usage has suddenly doubled

I was searching answers in the internet but therebis almost nothing about this phone

It's strange that nothing use battery that much

Wifi is 2%

I have mental breakdown because this freacking phone

I'm not sure what you are wanting out of the phone.

I see 3 different games in that list that have used a total of 16% of your battery. That doesn't take into account the screen usage while you are playing those games.

Your screen is your top battery consumer which is normal and nothing else is above 10% which pretty much tells me there is nothing running rogue.

That phone only has a 2540mAh battery so playing games is going to kill it pretty quickly.

I merged a number of your one-line posts. Try to consolidate your thoughts into one post, if possible--it's easier to read through the thread that way.

You still haven't posted the screenshots in the way I was requesting. That battery graph only shows the past 3 hrs of usage--it'd be nice to see the usage starting at 100%. Do you get a fullscreen battery graph is you tap the smaller graph? That usually shows the cell signal strength, which is important. We'd also like to see the total screen on time (tap the Screen category to see that).

Wait. So you have over 12 hours up time and almost 7 hours SOT? I'm not seeing your concern with the battery life.

Have you charged the phone at all during those 7 hours SOT?

What seems to be the issue? 12 hours + up time with 7 hours of the screen being on is just fine. There is nothing wrong with that.

Agree with tourbound129 and Almeuit. If you didn't charge at all during those 7 hours of screen-on time, that's phenomenal battery life, and I'm jealous.

Ok guys,you don't see the point.Battery life was great before update,i don't say that is battery life bad.I'm saying that battery readings are wrong,they show some wicked time remaining and as you can see battery time remaining is still not calculated even after 1h off the charger.

See after 1h 51 min of use battery show that will discharge in 11h 53min.That's general problem and this phone is so unknown to the people.I calibrated battery with app,i done hard reset but none of that helped.

That's pretty normal for the phone to still be calculating estimated battery life when you are still at 100%. If the battery hasn't drained enough to register a 1% drop, there is no way the algorithm can calculate a result. My LG V10 has been off charger for over 30 minutes, still at 100% and says calculating.

'Estimated time remaining' is just that, estimated. The algorithm doesn't know how you are going to use your phone so it's using different variables to calculate a result.

I'm not sure why you are so hung up on estimated time remaining. You are getting 14 hours up time and 7 hours SOT from a 2540mAh battery. The phone seems to be performing just fine.

I have had issues w/ battery the last few days as well. Turns out Shadow Free Icon Pack was pounding the battery. Uninstalled and I am fine.

I completely agree with tourbound129, and I do think we get what you're saying. It's very difficult for the system to estimate your total battery life accurately at the beginning of a charge. If you happen to be playing a game, it will assume that you're going to play that game for the next several hours, in which case it'd tell you that you have about 6 hours left. If you're hardly doing anything, it'll assume you're going to do hardly anything for the next day or so, and therefore tell you that you have more than a day left.

You could always try installing a 3rd party battery monitor like GSam and see how that estimates your battery life. But I doubt that would be too useful in this kind of situation anyway.
