Bell LG G4 VoLTE not working

[AC Question]

So Bell rolled out an update to enable VoLTE a couple of days ago (4/24) and it doesn't work on my G4.

The VoLTE option is available in the menu and set to on but the options (video dialer) to use it in the dialer are not there

My wife's Samsung Galaxy S6 is fully functional with the VoLTE (on Bell network) so I'm not sure if it's a G4 problem or specific to my phone.

Spent an hour on the phone with Bell techs and they could not resolve

Anyone else having this problem?

Welcome to Android Central! Is your G4 from Bell, or did you get it unlocked from somewhere else?

It's from Bell...Problem has been resolved by Bell, turns out it was simple problem in that they didn't have the feature activated in my plan, so they activated the feature called me back and had me turn the phone off and back on again and the issue was resolved.
