QuickMemo+ is no longer in the quick settings on my LG G4?

QuickMemo+ is no longer in the quick settings on my LG G4

A while back i removed quickmemo+ from my quick settings bar as i figured i wouldn't use it often, but lately i have found myself using it much more frequently. I went into the settings to turn it back on as its getting to be a hassle having to flip through my apps every time i need to use it, but i cant find it in the quick settings. i suppose i could add it to my home screen, but i would much rather have it on my quick settings bar as i like to have as much space on my home screen as possible for other apps and what not. Why is it not showing up, and how might i fix this problem? I have an LG G4 android version 6.0.

It would appear not.

I have it on my home page, next to my email icon.

Isn't this the app that changed names to Capture+ with the latest update? I show that on my quick settings.

It would appear you are correct.
The "quick memo+" shortcut starts the app in a text mode while the "capture+" starts the app in screen capture mode.
Capture+ is in the quick start list.

Capture+ is in my notification bar pulldown quick settings but I also added it to home buttons on bottom...so much easier then notification shade one
