How can I get my LG LS770 Stylus working?

Hi there. Am new to this awesome Forums. Plz guys i need help.

I have LG LS 770 (stylus) from sprint. So I traveled to Chaina ( as they have a CDMA network)
But it dosnt show the signal bars.

I tried to connect it to the PC in diagmode with ##3424# . It asks for SPC that i cannot figure out how to get it to enable diagmode so i can change it from NV ONLY TO RUIM ONLY. Plz guys i need to have it work in here. Thx in advance.

I could be wrong, but I would think that it would be locked to Sprint, therefore it won't work on another network, even if its CDMA as well. I would think, you'd need to have it unlocked for any carrier. I might be wrong.
