Can't remove wifi calling quick setting.

After latest AT&T update, I received wifi calling option. I don't want it in my pull down quick settings, so I moved it. But it just keeps coming back to the fourth position. Unchecked it, moved it, doesn't matter. Sometimes it comes back right away, sometimes a few days later, sometimes after I turn my phone off.

Any way to get rid of it? I like a certain 5 quick settings to be there.
