Is the LG G4 "vibrate on tap" generally weaker than other phones?

My only comparisons are the Samsung Galaxy s4, and the Galaxy s2. For those, tapping on something that generates a "bump" in vibration that feels... "meaty". With my LG G4, it just feels like a mere "blip". All of the other vibration events (ringtone, alarm) feels strong enough though.

The Vibrate On Tap setting (in Sound & Notification --> Vibration Strength) is already maxed out.

This is my 2nd LG G4. The seller I got this from sent me this 2nd unit at my request since the first one had vibration issues (it almost never worked). I'm wondering if this is "as good as it gets" and that I'm trying to find something in a phone that doesn't exist, or if I should consider having him send me a 3rd one (assuming that's even a possibility).

Thanks in advance!

All vibrations on this phone are definitely weaker than any other phone I've ever used.
