LG G4 Power and volume down button not working..

Power and volume down button not working..

I got this phone from my brother. He said it started happening after an update..

I have tried factory reset.
If powered off, I have to unplug and plug the usb power cable in to get it to turn on...
If I press volume up, I can touch the screen to lower the volume..

Not sure why this is happening..
I do not have a screen protector or case.

Get s new phone. I am on my 3rd one as first two froze and wouldn't turn back on. Common issue with that phone. My network will only replace with same handset because upgrade not due. But it has one if the best cameras on the market. Better than the S7 by far.
