Phone shut off won't turn back on

Lg G4 was working fine. It shut itself off, and now won't charge (battery charge sign showed up early this am but light turned green) but won't turn on.

Bootloop issue. You need to send your phone off for repair or exchange if under warranty. LG G4 is well known for this issue.

I have the same problem. Sprint is sending me a new one. I was able to heat it up with a blow dryer and backup all my data. Do a search in YouTube to see how to get it to come on. My phone is only 10 months old.
