When I click on the google play store app, it comes up at a white screen. When I click on my Gmail app, there is a button that asks if I want to go to gmail and when I press that it asks me to first add an email address. There are 5 options for email addresses, google (which wont take me anywhere), outlook, yahoo, exchange and other.
I've tried restarting the phone, clearing the cache, forcing a stop and a few other things. I was told to do a factory reset but I wanted to save my pictures to my computer but my computer doesn't even recognize my phone.
If anybody has any suggestions that would be very helpful thank you!
