I've just come from a Nexus 5X and one annoyance is that everything is rather large on the L5.
I've installed the latest Nougat update which allows you to change the DPI settings. However even with the Display Size slider set to the smallest setting, icons & text etc are much larger than on the 5X. Webpages in Chrome just look better on the Nexus, as it fits more on the screen. Setting the font size to "extra small" doesn't help much.
Considering the G5 has a higher res screen than the Nexus, this is disappointing. Is there anything I can try to get it to look similar to the Nexus? I have played around with abt to manually set the DPI but not had much luck (see here).
